Continuous innovation is a fundamental element for the professional growth of all collaborators. The collective is the one that spreads innovation and knowledge within the studio and then transfers it to all design activities.

Digitization in SPERI makes it possible to make interactions between the team more efficient with an advantage in terms of time and quality and at the same time innovate the services offered on each single building thanks, for example, to the creation of virtual realities.

Sustainability has always been a key principle, as underlined by the history of SPERI. We have always gone beyond the customer’s requests by making our own the crusade of sustainability understood as social, economic and environmental growth, founding principles of the Green Building Council and present in the LEED, WELL and other protocols. This awareness pervades the projects from the beginning and can only be realized through a technological awareness and therefore it is itself an element of innovation, a flywheel of new ideas and growth of the group.

The collective is therefore the real innovation, with the goal achieved since the early 2000s of equal wages between genders. To improve integration and overcome COVID barriers, 80% of collaborators in 2020 have portable hardware that allows the interchangeability of workstations, improving communication and adapting harmoniously to orders, giving life to a fluid, cohesive activity and creative.

At Speri, integrated design under the innovative push of the BIM methodology finds its full fulfillment with international certification protocols. The push comes from our main assets: our collaborators and the professionalism of the group channeled by the modus operandi certified in quality.

Innovation in advisory is conducted through research and the study of changes in society’s ways of life, also present in the regulations promulgated by governments, which allow us to observe with a careful eye what is happening and therefore to recommend the most suitable way to runs.

Sustainability in this phase has, within its protocols, the study of customer requests, the characteristics of the places, the input of the designers to develop a more careful analysis of future developments. All this is supported by the digitization of databases which today makes it possible to verify solutions with speed and precision not previously possible.
