SPERI ha deciso di dotarsi del Modello 231 per garantire una maggiore efficienza aziendale, predisponendo una Analisi di Rischi con lo scopo di individuare e descrivere le principali Attività Sensibili e prevenire rischi e sanzioni che possono verificarsi atti a configurare una responsabilità amministrativa per gli enti con rilevanza in ambito penale.

In the last year, we wanted to complete the PdR 125: 2022 certification aimed at confirming the company's commitment to diversity and inclusiveness in full compliance with one of the objectives set by the UN for sustainable development (SDGs n.5) and which constitutes the focus of Mission n.5 of the Italian PNRR.

We commit to using and processing data in an ethically acceptable way in all aspects of our business. The purpose of this policy is to formalise SPERI’s data ethics principles and describe how we wish to use and process data, making it clear to our customers, employees and other stakeholders that we are dedicated to these efforts.

SPERI not only wants to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231 of 8 June 2001 but to establish specific rules of conduct that, connected to an effective company policy, consolidate the image and professionalism of the company.

The BIM methodology demonstrates effectiveness in reducing risks during project development, providing tools for better control of costs, schedules, quality and safety. SPERI counts among its collaborators BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist per disciplina, CDE Manager.

The goal is to be chosen for the quality of our services. We provide confidence in our services by developing and applying uniform management tools and controls enabling us to adapt to the needs of our clients. We identify risks and mitigate them in due time We check and approve all our products and services We use our own planning on our projects.

SPERI's Environmental Policy promotes, maintains and improves activities to protect the environment and minimize our impact, adopting an Environmental Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015, Conduct and maintain a structured assessment of environmental aspects and impacts. Set objectives and plan accordingly.

SPERI protects its workers first of all as people, creating functional, comfortable work environments that allow them to carry out their work by fulfilling the obligations relating to the Protection of Health and Safety at Work according to Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Roads, highways, bridges, viaducts and tunnels. SPERI aims to take a preventive approach to intervene before accidents occur. All our collaborators are highly trained and certified as Inspectors of Works of Art, for Work at Height, Road Works, Confined Spaces and Ropes.
